Kel-F Shields are widely used in the chemical industry to protect the glass surface from corrosive chemical attack in visual liquid level gages.

Kel-F was originally developed to survive in extreme temperature rangers from -400°F to 400°F, to resist highly corrosive chemical attack, to be impervious to moisture with superior mechanical properties and reasonable visual clarity. Standard material thickness for this application is .0635 inches.

Available in all sizes for liquid level gages and circular sight port applications.
